Let’s improve your productivity

Gifts from Dave Birss
Thank you so much for taking the AI Productivity course. I really hope you got lots of value out of it. I promised you a link to the spreadsheet of prompts and some other goodies. All I ask in return is that you give the course a thumbs up and share it with your colleagues and friends. That’s not much to ask, is it?
AI prompts for LinkedIn Learning productivity course by Dave Birss

First, the spreadsheet of prompts

I’ve collected all the prompts from the course and put them into this easy-to-use spreadsheet. So now you just need to copy and paste the text into ChatGPT and you’re off to the races!

I recommend you use this as a template to store your own prompts. And – even better – as a centralised prompt resource for your team. Share it as a read only document so that people can’t accidentally change or delete the information. And assign someone the responsibility for testing new prompts before they add them.

NOTE: Please don’t ask me to share the document. Just go to ‘File’ and ‘Make a copy’ to your own Google Drive or ‘Download’ it as an Excel file.

AI task division framework for LinkedIn Learning productivity course by Dave Birss

Second, a framework for AI task division

In the course, I show you how to break tasks up into sub-tasks that you can then write prompts for.

This is a template you can use to help you do that, individually or with other team members.

NOTE: Please don’t ask me to share the document. Just go to ‘File’ and ‘Make a copy’ to your own Google Drive or ‘Download’ it as an Excel file.

Creative Tools from Dave Birss

finally, a stack of free tools

I regularly create tools to help people come up with ideas they wouldn’t normally have and give their brain a workout. The tools attract thousands of visitors a day, so they must be pretty good.

Check them out and bookmark the page. Because I update them on a regular basis.
