2024 is the year Generative AI grows up and puts on a pinstripe suit.
Over the past year, I’ve seen lots of businesses experiment with AI and run limited pilots. Which is fantastic. And I’ve seen lots of other businesses hold off to see what others are doing.
Now, it’s time for companies to start getting real value from AI. And to do that, it needs to be embedded into their processes and become part of the everyday.
